Erika Dudkin studied Simulation Technology at the University of
Stuttgart. During her Bachelors and Masters studies her interest raised
in the field of Systems Biology, while working on several projects, like
in her Bachelor Thesis on 'The role of phosphatases for Heregulin induced stimulation of Akt - a modeling study'. Her Master Thesis on 'Modeling the JAK-STAT pathway for distinct cytokine stimulations with mechanistic models' was conducted at the Helmholtz-Zentrum in Munich.
In April 2019 she started her PhD in the group of Prof. Dr. Jan Hasenauer at the University of Bonn.
