Short CV

Fan Bai has been working as a postdoctoral research fellow at Hausdorff Center for Mathematics since January 2019. Previously, he obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of British Columbia in Canada in 2016, then was trained as a bio-mathematician in Texas and Tennessee of the United States from 2016 to 2018.

Research interests

Deterministic and stochastic mathematical modeling, analysis, and simulation with applications to populations, ecology and epidemiology.
