Domagoj Doresic obtained his BSc in Mathematics from the University of Zagreb before pursuing an MSc at the University of Bonn, where he specialized in Analysis and Probability Theory. He completed his Master’s thesis in the group of Prof. Hasenauer, focusing on ODE model estimation using semiquantitative data with spline-based approaches. In October 2022, he began his Ph.D. at the University of Bonn on the mathematical modeling of metabolic processes. His current research centers on developing methods for the integration of qualitative, semiquantitative, and censored data into parameter estimation of ODE models.
