Short CV
Yannik Schälte did a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science (2012-2015) and a MSc in Mathematics (2015-2017) with focus on probability theory and number theory, both mostly at the University of Bielefeld. Then, he did a PhD in Mathematics (2017-2021) on efficient and accurate statistical inference for deterministic and stochastic models of biochemical systems, at the Technical University of Munich and the Helmholtz Center Munich. Since 2021, he is working as a PostDoc at the University of Bonn, in the group of Jan Hasenauer.
