Emad Alamoudi did his BSc and MSc in Computer Sciences at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. During his master degree, he did shift his focus from pure Computer Science to Bioinformatics. He mainly works on developing parallel solutions for Bioinformatics problems using HPC infrastructures. In May 2019, he started as a Ph.D. student at the University of Bonn.
